Ingredients

2 flatbreads (you can buy them or make them at home)

1/4 cup extra - virgin olive oil

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 cups halved cherry or grape tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini

3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese (add more if you want)

Chopped fresh oregano for garnish (it's optional)
Directions

First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Put the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Then, lightly brush a bit of this garlic - olive oil on the flatbreads.

Throw the tomatoes, olives, onion, and pepperoncini into a bowl. Pour the rest of the garlic - olive oil over them and gently mix.

Spread the tomato mixture evenly on the flatbreads. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top. Put the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Bake them in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the flatbreads start to turn golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped oregano and it's ready to serve!
