8 ounces of mini bell peppers (around 8 peppers), sliced in half lengthwise and seeded

3/4 cup of marinara sauce

1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the sliced mini bell peppers on the baking sheet, cut - side up.
