1/2 pound of thawed and squeezed - dry frozen spinach

1 minced clove of garlic
-
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
-
1/2 teaspoon of dried dill
-
A pinch of salt (adjust to taste)
-
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
-
5 halved marinated artichoke hearts (or more if you like)
-
10 halved and pitted Kalamata olives (or more to taste)
-
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
-
2 tablespoons of olive oil (adjust to taste)
Directions

First, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
-
Put the flatbread in the middle of the prepared pan and spread the cream cheese on it.
-
In a small bowl, mix the spinach, garlic, nutmeg, and dill. Add some salt to season.
-
Spoon the spinach mixture over the cream cheese. Break up any clumps and press it down a bit into the cream cheese. Then sprinkle the parsley on top.

Place the artichoke hearts evenly over the spinach layer. Add the Kalamata olives around the artichoke hearts. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top.

Bake it in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until it's heated through.
-
Take it out of the oven and drizzle some olive oil on it. Cut it into 8 triangles.
