Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of rump roast

  • 1 (12 - fluid - ounce) can or bottle of beer

  • 1 (10.5 - ounce) can of condensed French onion soup

  • 1 (10.5 - ounce) can of beef broth

  • 9 French bread rolls

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Directions

  1. First, gather all your ingredients.

  2. Trim the extra fat off the rump roast and put it in the slow cooker.

  3. Pour in the beer, onion soup, and beef broth. Then cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours.

  4. While the roast is cooking, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
